Stop Losing Yourself
in Relationships

A 14-Day Guided Observation Practice
For those who notice they lose themselves in relationships and want to understand why

This is not a motivational course.

Stop Losing Yourself in Relationships

This is not a motivational course.
It is not therapy.
It does not promise emotional relief or relational outcomes.

This is a 14-day guided observation practice - designed to help you notice how your attention, nervous system, and sense of self shift in relationships, especially when connection feels uncertain.

The cost is $7 - not because this is lightweight, but because showing up matters.

What This Practice Is

Over 14 days, you will be guided to:

notice patterns of disappearing, performing, over-functioning, or merging

recognize limbic reactions that override clarity and choice

understand how attachment and fear quietly shape behavior

observe these patterns without self-attack or blame

The emphasis is on noticing, not fixing.

Insight first.
Training comes later.

What This Practice Is Not

This practice is not:

advice about what to do in your relationship

reassurance, motivation, or emotional soothing

coaching, accountability, or reminders

a shortcut to healing

a substitute for therapy

If you are looking to feel better quickly, this will likely disappoint you

Why There Is a Cost

This practice costs $7 for one reason:

People engage differently when they choose to invest — even modestly.

The cost is not a payment for transformation.
It is a signal of willingness to participate deliberately.

If $7 feels irritating, unnecessary, or unfair, this may not be the right time.

That’s not a judgment.
It’s discernment.

Before You Begin

This practice assumes that you:

can show up daily for 14 days without being reminded

are willing to sit with discomfort without being rescued from it

can observe yourself honestly, even when it challenges your self-image

take responsibility for your participation

If you tend to start things with good intentions and abandon them when they become uncomfortable, waiting may be the wiser choice.

Who This Tends to Serve Well

This practice is most helpful for people who:

are tired of insight without formation

sense they are implicated in recurring relational patterns

value clarity over reassurance

want orientation, not emotional intensity

Not everyone is ready for this kind of work.
That’s normal.
